HOW TO MAKE MALAI KOFTAS Ingredients: Paneer – 200g Boiled potato – 200g Onions – 2 Tomatoes – 4 Ginger – 1 spoon + half spoon grated Salt Cashew nuts – 10 Green chillies – 1 spoon Coriander leaves – 2 spoons Corn flour – 4 spoons Chilli powder – 2 spoons Garam masala – 1.5 spoons Sugar a pinch Kasoori methi – 1 spoon Fresh cream – ¼ th cup #MalaiKoftaRecipe #KoftaCurry INSTRUCTONS: TO MAKE THE GRAVY: Add onions, ginger and fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes and cashew nuts and mix. Add little water and cook for 8 minutes. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a mixie jar. Grind it to a smooth paste. Now take a sieve and pour the ground masala through it to get smooth gravy. Keep this mixture aside. Now take a pan, add butter. Once hot add the mixture and fry. Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala along with a pinch of sugar and fry. Add kasoori methi and cover the pan and cook for 6 minutes. Once cooked, open the lid and add fresh cream and mix. Cook only for 2 minutes. And the gravy is ready. HOW TO MAKE KOFTA: TAKE 200g of paneer and crumble it. Add 200g of boiled potatoes, green chillies, salt, chilli powder, corn flour, coriander leaves and mix. There is no need to add water. Now shape them into equal sized balls and deep fry them till they turn golden in colour. And our koftas are ready. NOW TO SERVE: PLACE THE KOFTAS IN A BOWL AND POUR THE GRAVY ON THEM.
