  HOW TO MAKE MALAI KOFTAS Ingredients: Paneer – 200g Boiled potato – 200g Onions – 2 Tomatoes – 4 Ginger – 1 spoon + half spoon grated Salt Cashew nuts – 10 Green chillies – 1 spoon Coriander leaves – 2 spoons Corn flour – 4 spoons Chilli powder – 2 spoons Garam masala – 1.5 spoons Sugar a pinch Kasoori methi – 1 spoon Fresh cream – ¼ th cup #MalaiKoftaRecipe #KoftaCurry INSTRUCTONS: TO MAKE THE GRAVY: Add onions, ginger and fry for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes and cashew nuts and mix. Add little water and cook for 8 minutes. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a mixie jar. Grind it to a smooth paste.
